Summary:Extrusion is one of the most important polymer materials processing methods, advances in modern technology and market demand prompted the extrusion technology toward high-speed, high efficiency and precision of the three directions parallel development. Because extruder temperature control system with multi-variable, large delay, nonlinear, strong coupling characteristics, using traditional methods is difficult to accurately establish its model, this paper uses the fuzzy control method for controlling the temperature of the extruder, developed a fuzzy controller to control rules, control algorithm. Research work of this paper for further research in polymer plastics molding basic theory of great significance for the extrusion line monitoring and control of the production process, the melt temperature field radial provide new ideas and solutions, while for Implementation and precision injection molding precision extrusion technology to promote technology also has significance.
